The show is scheduled to start at 6:00 p.m.

Craig Wayne Boyd was born and raised a Texas suburb of Mesquite, TX and grew up with gospel and county music influences. He was once choir director for his church’s choir. Boyd moved to Nashville, TN at age 25 in 2004 to follow his dreams of a career in country music. Boyd was able to sign a publishing deal and also began touring as an opening act for Brantley Gilbert, Jamey Johnson, and Randy Houser. His career was forever changed by his debut appearance on the 7th season of The Voice. His 1st debut single “My Baby’s Got a Smile on Her Face“ was written for his show coach Blake Shelton who decided to give the song to Boyd, who performed it on the show. He had an exciting journey on the show and was almost sent home more than once, but he was an obvious public favorite. Boyd was declared the winner in December 2014.
